Inspira is looking for a dynamic individual to work with the team to create engaging, relevant, and high quality content to tell the story of the charity, the people we support and the employers and partners we work with.
The Marketing Communications Lead will manage the marketing and communication strategies and will collaborate with colleagues to deliver high quality content helping the charity to drive target audiences to Inspira to access our services, engage with our stakeholders to persuade them to work with us and update our growing team on our activities and success stories.
To be successful in this role you will have five years marketing experience as well as a degree level qualification, ideally in a marketing related field. You will have creative flair and a keen eye for detail, as well as a way with words. The ability to adapt to the business tone of voice is essential and you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, ensuring all marketing and communications adhere to brand guidelines. You will be a true brand champion.
You will be able to juggle multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met. You will possess excellent copywriting and proofreading skills in addition to understanding marketing and communication fundamentals and digital best practices. You will also have a passion for telling stories and creating engagement and be great at collaborating with others.
This role requires someone who has first class organisational and time management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
