Vacancies are available for people who are passionate about youth work and youth development. You need to be organised, innovative, be able to get on with and relate to young people between the ages of 15 and 20. Working with schools and 3rd sector organisations you will make sure that every young person is offered the chance to take part in the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme. 

This role is demanding and rewarding; candidates should be comfortable working to targets and managing multiple priorities concurrently. 

 Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:  

• A passion for working with young people and an ability to motivate and inspire.  

• Knowledge of the NCS programme and a belief in the ethos.  

• An ability to think creatively and be solution focused.  

• Confidence and ambition. 

• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire young people to take part in NCS.  

• That you are skilled with I.T. including social media.  

• Confident in engaging parents. 

• Sales experience and the ability to close a deal is advantageous.  

• A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary as this post may include overnight residential work.
