We are looking for an innovative and emphatic individual to join our Durham Domestic Abuse Navigators service as a Team Leader.


The Team Leader’s role (under the direction of Project/Service Managers) is to support with all aspects of the day-to-day management of the service and line management of team members. The role is vital in ensuring that teams are working effectively with clients and that quality and performance targets are kept on track.


Critical to your success in this role is your ability to support your team to empower clients and support them to regain control of their lives.


As a Domestic Abuse Team Leader, you will be passionate, inspirational, open minded and most importantly you will be yourself.
