Empower young lives: Join us as a Housing Management Officer!

 

As a Young People’s Housing Management Officer you’ll work closely with and provide high-quality support to young people aged 16-25 through the YPP and RACS Service. Your aim will be to maximise independence and work towards successful move-on into independent living; ensuring they have access to essential services, as well as working with offenders working with the National Probation Service.

 

Do you have:

 

Flexibility when it comes to working hours as required by service needs
Previous experience working with vulnerable young people or in a related support role

·         The ability to develop positive, enabling, and collaborative relationships with young people

 A creative, flexible and imaginative approach to working with people from

vulnerable groups
