The role of the Community Links Housing Support Worker is to support and enable service users to meet their day to day housing and mental health needs. This will involve working 1:2:1 to provide goal orientated support plans.

Workers use creative and empowering interventions to support people they are working with to develop meaningful activity’s, maintaining contact with family and friends, managing finances.

Realising your own potential and helping others achieve theirs will bring great satisfaction.
