Job description

The Institute of Family Therapy (IFT) is one of the UK's leading providers of systemic training, and hosts a busy programme of events, courses and workshops. These are held both at our premises in the City of London and remotely. As the main point of contact at the Institute’s premises the post holder will provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors and service users. They will also be responsible for preparing meeting rooms for training for daily use, including setting up AV equipment and providing support in its use. They will also provide reception duties as required including greeting clients, visitors and therapists.
