Our client, a children's health charity, is seeking an interim Head of People Development for a maternity cover contract.
A unique opportunity to broaden your Learning and Development / Organisational Development experience to include oversight of Volunteering.
Taking responsibility for Learning and Development - there will be a range of organisational development, learning and volunteering projects to take forward. Accountable for delivery and development plans, operational delivery and performance for the team, the right person for this role will be a key senior leader and manager providing visible and confident leadership and will work collaboratively across the organisation.
A good leader with ambition and conviction and the desire to inspire staff at all levels, the successful applicant will have previous Learning and Development management experience with experience of contributing to and implementing strategy. Ideally you will ideally have led the L&D function across geographically dispersed operations.
With a partnership-oriented, open-minded, customer-focussed attitude the right person for this role will have a passion and the ambition to make a difference.
