Type: Full-time (35 hours per week), fixed term contract up to January 2020

Salary: £24,398-£27,160 per annum

As we move through an extremely exciting transformation period of growth, we are looking for an Internal Communications Administrator to join our small, busy team to support the organisation through this transformation journey.
This is as well as supporting the charity’s strategic aims and using our values produce a range of timely and informative communications that deliver and embed the organisations key messages with all our team members.
The role will report in to the Senior Internal Communications Officer, working closely with them to optimise all our Internal Communication platforms and channels, including our intranet, internal emails and events for staff and volunteers.
In addition, the post holder will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are delivering the best messaging possible.
Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- managing the content and activity that is updated on to our intranet platform
- working with stakeholders from around the organisation on producing great content for our teams
- working on supporting the Chief Executive Updates and Staff talks
- helping create a bank of images that we can use for our internal communications and bringing to life the messages we are sending out
