Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic organisation on this amazing Corporate Relations Manager role. This position involves developing and managing relationships with corporate partners and prospects, driving income growth, and enhancing the organisation’s profile through strategic engagement and tailored initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, steward, and expand a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects, focusing on increasing engagement and financial support.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for corporate fundraising, aligning organisational priorities with targeted outreach.
- Organise and participate in face-to-face meetings, briefings, and networking events to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, programme teams, and other stakeholders to create compelling proposals and funding packages.
- Identify new prospects and tailor engagement strategies to convert them into active partners or donors, fostering long-term relationships.
- Lead on communications, including crafting newsletters and updates tailored for corporate stakeholders and supporters.
- Keep abreast of global geopolitical issues to identify relevant opportunities for engagement and support in line with campaign priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and donor interactions using fundraising tools, tracking progress against targets.
- Prepare and contribute to reports, briefs, and presentations for both internal and external audiences, showcasing organisational impact.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in corporate or major donor fundraising, with a track record of successful engagement and solicitation.
- Confidence in engaging with senior corporate leaders and stakeholders across diverse sectors.
- Strong relationship-building skills, including diplomatic communication and active listening.
- Ability to work independently, organise own priorities, and achieve set targets.
- Experience in developing strategic engagement plans and tailored proposals.
- High levels of professionalism, with flexible attitude and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Enthusiasm for international development, geopolitical affairs, or related sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to create engaging materials for different audiences.
- Familiarity with fundraising software/tools and performance metrics orientation.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team environment.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- Location: London – hybrid
- Contract: 12 months FTC

- Represent the organisation at international events and forums
- Create opportunities for global members to engage, collaborate and influence
About you
- Proven experience in partnerships, fundraising or business development
- Track record of securing income from foundations, corporates or multilateral organisations
- Experience working across international and cross-sector environments
- A strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and run with them
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in sustainability and systems change
