An international healthcare charity is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their central finance team in London.
The organisation works worldwide, working in partnership with community-level and national organisations and government to deliver support on important and high profile healthcare programmes. For a leading global NGO, we're recruiting a Project Financial Controller for a fixed term of 12-months. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller and working closely with the CEO, this role will lead the financial management and internal controls for the Regional and Country offices and shared service processes and transactions. The Projects Financial Controller will implement robust management reporting, and cash-flow forecasts, and will work with stakeholders to monitor budgets and forecasts. Role Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Womankind’s Major Donor Strategy to drive sustainable growth of our major donor portfolio.
The small major donor programme at Womankind has been established for several years. The Major Donor Manager will be responsible for new business within the portfolio, inspiring prospects and onboarding new high value relationships with individuals from a variety of different sources. The Major Donor Manager will also steward the relationships with our existing major donors and work with colleagues across Womankind to manage large gifts.
Key responsibilities
Strategic management and planning
- Lead the development and implementation of Womankind’s major donor fundraising strategy to grow both restricted and unrestricted income from existing and new major donors
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of gender and development issues and remain informed on Womankind’s activities ensuring that applications to donors are of a high quality and accurately reflect our organisational strategy
- Develop, manage and monitor budgets and provide internal financial reports, income analysis and forecasting and monthly key performance indicators using Womankind’s fundraising database

You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial one-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. Girls Not Brides is seeking an experienced digital communications professional to manage the Girls Not Brides website in English, French and Spanish, including website development, maintenance, continuous improvement planning, infrastructure, architecture, and user journey. You will be responsible for implementing a website improvement project and a new members area. This role will also be responsible for developing and producing performance data, evaluation, and reporting across our digital channels. - Lead the development and implementation of the website improvement strategy and project plan, with support from the Communications Manager.

Role purpose
This role will be a core member of the Supply Chain Team, within the International Programmes Directorate and will report to the Programme Supply Chain Manager. - Responsible for tendering international freight requests to ensure best value, service, and accountability for movement of relief supplies. Including overseeing shipping of aid items by air, sea, road, or rail and arranging the preparation and provision of relevant shipping documentation.
- Establish, develop, and lead on good supply chain relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, other humanitarian actors, relevant government departments and logistics coordination mechanisms (Logs Cluster) at both global, regional, and field levels.
- Work with the Emergency Team and wider International Programmes Department to set up partnerships with other organisations.
- Provide line management and support to Emergency / Supply Chain Specialists/Junior Supply Chain specialists. Provide supervision to staff and volunteers during deployment and/or when providing on call remote support.

- Be involved with the management of prepositioned inventory including monitoring appropriate inventory levels, managing tactical and strategic replenishments
- Coordinating the preparation and provision of relevant documentation and tendering freight requests to freight providers to ensure best value, service, and accountability for movement of relief supplies
- Deploy to areas affected by disaster in a supply chain capacity to set up and oversee the timely delivery of aid items and assistance
- On a roster, provide an out-of-hours first point of contact for deployed teams and emergencies
- Establish, develop and lead on good supply chain relationships with freight forwarders, stock suppliers, other humanitarian actors, relevant government departments and logistics coordination mechanisms at both global and field levels
- Plan and deliver procurement and inventory audits as required
- Be involved with programme preparedness in a supply chain capacity
- Work with the International Programmes department to set up partnerships with other organisations
- Support ShelterBox to stay aware of trends, innovations, and best practice in global supply within the disaster relief sector; participate in logistics networks e.g., Global Logistics Cluster
- Contribute to driving forward changes to meet our sustainable supply chain targets e.g., significant reduction in carbon emissions
- Support with supply chain risk management
- Give regular briefings internally, and occasionally externally
- Promote and apply supply chain best practice within International Programmes
- Support with developing and delivering logistics training internally and externally
- Support departmental and organisational working groups and projects when required
- Support the Philippines country office with supply chain planning and implementation
- Maintain excellent information management of logistics systems including updating records to ensure accurate record keeping and accountability of aid assets
- Promote and demonstrate humanitarian principles in all activities
- Ensure adherence to ShelterBox procedures and policies including those relating to safeguarding, safety and security
- Any other duties as required which are deemed appropriate to the level and grade of the post.
