International Health Partners (IHP) is looking for someone who loves administration! If this is your skill, then we can offer you a rewarding and varied role in our small team in London where we coordinate the sending of medicines overseas to those who would otherwise have little or no access to healthcare. Last year we were able to send over 4 million treatments to places like Yemen, South Sudan, Palestine and Guatemala, where easily treatable diseases can mean chronic pain, poor quality of life or even a death sentence.
We help people in hard-to-reach, vulnerable and disaster-hit communities get better access to medicine. We coordinate the safe and responsible donation of medical products to where the needs are greatest, so that people don’t suffer needlessly from treatable illnesses. Our Administrator will help us process donations of medicines and medical supplies from European pharmaceutical companies and support our logistics and shipping. The Administrator will maintain excellent records and enjoy working with a reasonable amount of data. The role will stretch across all our operations and include liaison with our partners overseas who deliver excellent health support using the donations of medicine we provide.
Our Christian faith underpins all that we do. It motivates us to care for those in need, and give our best in all circumstances, as an expression of God's love. We serve the poor in health without regard for ethnic or religious background, focusing on where the need is greatest. There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post-holder to share our Christian faith.
To apply, please submit your CV and a covering letter of no more than two A4 sides setting out how you meet the person specification. The deadline for applications is midnight Thursday 14th November and we will be interviewing on Tuesday 26th November.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
