Are you looking for an opportunity to develop communications strategy and wider stakeholder engagement for a high impact organisation?  Can you help IHP tell our story of how we support people in hard to reach, vulnerable and disaster-hit communities to access medicines?  We work with stakeholders ranging from healthcare companies who donate medicines to logistics partners and international aid organisations who deliver the healthcare products in programmes all over the world.  So in this role every day will be different.  

We’re looking for someone with successful experience in communications and a drive to build IHP's brand and increase our impact.   We need someone who can tell the right story, to the right people, at the right time.  You will be able to get colleagues in front of donors, industry leaders and opinion formers to ensure we can raise our profile and resources, and so deliver our vision.  And you will help us package our new commercial venture, based on our groundbreaking technology and efficiency. 

You will need to be motivated by your Christian faith and want to be part of a team who are committed to high standards and making a real difference.   We are a 21 strong staff team with high levels of employee engagement and a culture that is described as warm and inclusive. 

International Health Partners (IHP) supports people in hard-to-reach, vulnerable and disaster-hit communities to get the medicines they need, by coordinating the safe and responsible donation of long-dated medical products. We work with our strong network of global healthcare, logistics and NGO partners, to source and send treatments to where they are needed most, to help prevent the needless suffering caused by a lack of access to healthcare.  Our work is needed now more than ever. The global outbreak of COVID-19 has further highlighted the urgent need for improving access to medicines and for strengthening health systems.   In the last two years, IHP has sent over ten million treatments to vulnerable communities around the world including places such as Yemen, South Sudan and Haiti.
