Job description

IPPF is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. We are a worldwide movement of national organisations working with and for communities and individuals.


We are now recruiting for a Manager, Financial Performance who will manage the core Central Office (CO) financial processing work, ensure budgetary control and financial reporting systems are in place and operating effectively so Senior Management can monitor financial reporting performance. The role will also support the development and implementation of effective financial planning processes and systems across the IPPF Secretariat.


This is an exciting time to join at a time when IPPF is going through a reform. You will manage a small but enthusiastic and fun team, so well-developed management skills will be required. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and happy to be hands-on. You are a qualified accountant with proven experience of accounting and budgeting in multi-currency/ multi-location accounting systems. Excellent project management, monitoring and audit skills is a must. Knowledge of financial reporting systems (IPPF CO currently uses NetSuite) would be advantageous.
