Toybox supports transformational work with street-connected children in Kenya, India, Peru, Bolivia, El Salvador and Guatemala. We work with some of the most marginalised children in the world, and are seeking to grow, strengthen and improve our work. This is the perfect time to join Toybox as the new International Progammes Director, as the organisation embarks on a new strategy to take us into 2020.

As the International Programmes Director, you will be a part of the Executive Team and be responsible for all of our work overseas, driving forward with Toybox’s continued expansion of its geographical, programmatic and thematic coverage. You will oversee our programme quality and accountability, and at the same time improving our reporting of impact. We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in accessing institutional funding and who will excel in spearheading Toybox’s income growth in this area.
