We’re looking for a talented relationship builder, who can create long-term supporter loyalty and help us reforest the planet.
As an integral part of our Fundraising and Communications team, you’ll be the first person a donor will speak with when they get in touch with ITF. Using your great communication skills, both verbal and written, you will ensure ITF’s current and prospective donors know that their support is appreciated and will be inspired to plant more trees.
You’ll be responsible for responding to enquiries, maintaining relationships with existing supporters, acknowledging donations, and sending out welcome packs and communications including thank you letters. As well as maintaining our database and donation processing systems, ensuring that all supporter records and gifts are up to date
Working as part of a small busy team, it is essential that you are a self-starter who can work on your own initiative and manage your time effectively.
You'll work out of our offices on Cowley Road, Oxford, with the opportunity to work from home occasionally.
