Key Responsibilities

1. eCommerce & Online Sales

• Own and manage the day-to-day running of our eBay shop, including listings, sales, returns, customer messaging, and performance tracking
• Create, optimise, and maintain high-quality listings across eBay and other online sales channels
• Produce clear, accurate product descriptions and strong visual content
• Maintain an organised library of listing content and assets
• Work with the team internally to ensure accurate pricing based on product specifications

3. Revenue Growth & Partnerships (Reframed)

• Promote and generate sales for framing services through Reframed
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with customers and donors

4. Customer Experience & Operations

• Provide timely, professional responses to customer enquiries
• Resolve issues relating to orders, returns, and products
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and feedback ratings

• Track sales and fundraising performance against targets
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and processes

Volunteer Coordinator

Main Purpose & Scope of the Role:

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, delivery and ongoing support of volunteer activity across the charity, ensuring volunteers have a positive, meaningful and well‑supported experience.

This role combines hands‑on volunteer coordination with people engagement activity, supporting engagement, communication and safeguarding processes across both volunteers and staff. The postholder works closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure volunteer involvement is well‑planned, compliant and aligned with operational needs.

You will coordinate the end to end volunteer journey, from recruitment and onboarding through to ongoing support, engagement and departure. Volunteer Recruitment & Engagement

• Coordinate volunteer recruitment activity to meet charity needs
• Support the delivery of volunteer marketing campaigns across social media, recruitment platforms and community networks
• Build and maintain relationships with community groups, schools, businesses and partner organisations
• Represent the charity at volunteer recruitment events and community activities

Volunteer Engagement & Communication

• Support the Volunteer Forum and other engagement initiatives
• Develop and maintain guidance and resources for staff working with volunteers

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure volunteer activity complies with safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety and volunteer management standards
• Maintain accurate and up to date volunteer records on Assemble
• Monitor volunteer data and prepare basic reports on recruitment, engagement and retention
• Escalate safeguarding or compliance concerns to the appropriate manager

Fundraising & Cross Departmental Support

• Coordinate volunteer involvement in fundraising events and campaigns
• Work closely with fundraising, operations and HR colleagues to ensure volunteer support is effective and well planned
• Promote good practice in volunteering across teams

Person Specification

The Role
Position: Dog Trainer
Hours: 22.5 hours per week

You'll play a vital role in training assistance dogs to a high standard whilst supporting volunteers, partners and the wider team to ensure the health, wellbeing and successful placement of the dogs throughout their working career. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Train Canine Partners dogs at all stages of their training, using positive and reward-based training.
• Tailor training programmes to suit individual partner needs during the matching process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all dogs in training.
• Deliver partnership placement courses, supporting both the partner and dog through the transition. 
• Participate in volunteer recruitment activities, including events, social media campaigns and community outreach. 

About You

• Strong practical and theoretical experience in dog training and behaviour. 
• Ability to handle and train dogs at all ages, using positive and reward-based training methods.
• ABTC-ATI or similar qualification could be beneficial but not essential. If you do not have a qualification, the willingness to complete it.
• Good communication and coaching / teaching skills.
• Good self-motivation and initiative. 
• ICT skills, Microsoft Office, Salesforce (desirable but can offer training), email, internet etc.

About you

Experience in Providing 1st and 2nd line ICT support over a number of channels including face to face, phone, email, text, chat, and video.

Ability to manage issues and questions via the help desk system , updating clients in a timely manner and following tickets through to resolution.

As Head of Delivery for the West Midlands, you will lead teams and partners across a complex region to deliver measurable outcomes for young people. Digital Fundraising Officer - 12-month Maternity Cover

The Veterans' Foundation is entering its second decade with a clear ambition to build a more sustainable, diversified and data-led fundraising model. Principal Duties

You’ll be working within a small, collaborative charity delivering a high-impact national programme. This is not a traditional “content” or “platform admin” role.It is about designing an experience that students actively participate in, return to, and feel part of. You will take ownership of how digital engagement works across the programme, helping to create a connected, high-quality experience at national scale.
