We are seeking a Fundraising and Communications Director who as part of the Senior Leadership Team will lead the Fundraising and Communications team to inspire UK Christians, churches, and Trusts to sustainably support CMS through giving and prayer. In this high-profile role, your leadership will motivate, empower, and enable the team to acquire new supporters to the mission of CMS and significantly grow income and engagement.

ADD is looking for a Head of Transformative Partnerships and Influencing to lead on nurturing and expanding relationships with institutional funders and partners so that more resources and opportunities can flow to disability justice movements in Africa and Asia.
This is a new role that will lead both our institutional fundraising and influencing work. This role will be responsible for raising significant funds from a range of institutional funders. We are looking for a friendly, organised individual to join our small team as the Operations Officer. You will help underpin the work of Music as Therapy International, a charity which inspires, guides and champions the use of music to strengthen care around the world.
Working closely with the charity’s existing team, responsibilities will include:Project Administration, External comms, Financial Administration, Fundraising, Governance, and Team Administration.
Our Operations Officer will need to be a positive and pro-active team player, who is systematic in their approach to administration, and gives strong attention to detail. We’re looking for an excellent communicator (in written and spoken English) given the part they will play in our use of External Comms. They will have charitable mindset and a real interest in the impact of our work. Strong numeracy skills are also integral to this role.

About World Child Cancer
Most childhood cancers are curable. We know this because survival rates in the UK and Europe regularly top 80%. But for children in low and middle-income countries, the prognosis is bleak with their chance of survival falling to 20%.
The solution? It already exists. The challenge is making sure that every child gets the diagnosis, treatment and care they need. Yet in many countries, public and professional awareness of childhood cancer is dangerously low. Opportunities for early diagnosis are missed. Referrals are delayed. And there are not enough health workers with the specialist skills to diagnose and treat the disease.

Overview
The Programme Manager role will be crucial to the success and development of the charity. Role purpose:
The International Programmes Directorate Coordinator will work with the Director of International Programmes and senior leadership team to ensure that the Directorate have everything they need to excel in their roles and to keep key projects, pieces of work, and cross team communications on track. Working across functions, the coordinator will be responsible for oversight of key projects, the delivery of administrative tasks and the development of processes and communication channels that will help us to achieve our aims.
To support the 5 year Business Strategy, ShelterBox has launched a full Business Systems Transformation (BST) project which will deliver end to end functionality covering CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, Project Management and HR/Payroll. Therefore projects will include coordinating the departments input and work on the BST project as well as; optimisation of internal comms and information flow across the department; supporting project management administration (agendas; meeting notes; activity and decision logs; updated plans and timelines etc) for large cross-department projects and meetings; coordination of larger team meeting and away days; oversight of reporting systems across the team.
Who are we looking for?
ShelterBox is seeking someone with strong organisation, project management and communication skills who can work with a range of people across our organisation. They should be able to prioritise and manage their workload, demonstrating a strong attention to detail. Working across different teams and functions, they’ll be able to juggle concurrent projects and priorities, ensuring activity deadlines are met, progress is communicated to all stakeholders, and project work plans are kept up to date. The first year in the role will have a strong focus on the BST project, so experience of working in a project team as a contributor and co-ordinating project tasks would be beneficial.
With an ability to identify challenges, overlaps and opportunities across activity, they’ll work with the Director to help drive solutions. A keen interest to continually explore what is working across the wider charity sector, and the drive to apply the learnings to our own activity is key.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your awareness and understanding of the Humanitarian sector and gain insight into the leadership of a successful international programmes team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

Job Profile
The post is a pivotal role in CAFOD’s Asia & Middle East (AME) team supporting the Head of Region in the management and co-ordination of regional programming and organisational processes ensuring smooth administration, programme cycle management and communications. The post holder will be responsible for building effective working relationships with peers in the International Programme Group, as well as with colleagues across CAFOD such as funding, finance, and communications. They will act as the AME focal point for communications, supporting programme teams to develop materials for internal and external audiences.
CAFOD’s Asia & Middle East region currently has core programmes in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Lebanon, Myanmar, occupied Palestinian territory and Israel, Sri Lanka and Syria.
Key Responsibilities
The scope of the post falls into the following broad functions:
- Support and co-ordination: supporting the Head of Region in the management and coordination of cross-regional work and relevant organisational processes.
- Communications: supporting the effective communication and flow of information across the regional team and with the rest of the organisation, including supporting programme teams to prepare communications materials.
- Programme & financial support: supporting the Head of Region in the management of cross-regional partnership projects/programmes, providing similar support to Programme Officers in the region when their workload requires.
- Administration: providing administrative support to the Head of Region and the regional team,
- Representation: of the region across CAFOD (and occasionally externally), as requested by the Head of Region.
Support and coordination:

- Support Programme Officers across the region in their work with partners, managing grants to partners and other aspects of programme support when programme workloads require.
Communications:
- Support the effective flow of information and communication within the regional team and across CAFOD.

Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Region, including correspondence, information systems, management of the team diary, preparation and follow-up of monthly team meetings, design and monitoring of filing systems, and maintenance of database and other systems to provide effective planning, communication and information flow,
- Accompany staff to ensure efficient and effective use of the Programme Cycle Management system, working in conjunction with other teams in CAFOD, to provide support when necessary (e.g. when access is disrupted),
- Be the first point of contact and/or provide essential administrative support to the regional teams.
- Organise and co-ordinate induction for new staff directly managed by the Head of Region
- Provide administrative support to other members of the team where required, including helping to organise programmes for overseas staff/partner visits, travel and accommodation needs, routine correspondence, and occasional cover for colleagues when absent,
- Coordinate the work of the region’s London-based volunteers and liaise with relevant staff on all volunteer-based issues.
Representation:
- Attend and represent the region in CAFOD networks, working groups and similar fora on behalf of the Head of Region, or other members of the team as required,
- In agreement with the Head of Region attend external meetings or events occasionally and identify and follow up on actions from these.
Focal Point Responsibilities
The Regional Support Officer is the AME regional focal point on Safe, Accountable, Dignified and Inclusive programming (SADI). This role is currently held by the other job-share, but this post-holder will deputise from time to time.
Your role is responsible for ensuring that the programming work you are accountable for is safe, accessible, dignified and inclusive, providing ongoing support and follow-up to our partners in this area.

We seek a Global Technical Lead - Social Inclusion and Mainstreaming, with expertise in addressing inequalities, to join our team of social inclusion professionals. The Global Technical Lead - will support the Deputy Technical Director, Social inclusion in delivering Sightsavers' work in inclusive decision-making. This will include working closely with country office staff to deliver our West Africa portfolio of projects addressing inclusive citizenship and political participation (CPP). Inclusive democracy is an area of growth for Sightsavers, and the post-holder will have a significant role in contributing to growing the portfolio.
Principal accountabilities will include:
- Providing Sightsavers staff and our partners, technical leadership, support and guidance in the area of disability inclusion across our thematic area of citizenship and political participation
- Identifying the capacity building needs of Sightsavers' staff and partners globally to deliver social inclusion programming
- Working with Global Technical Leads and other teams to identify new strategic initiatives and innovative approaches in social inclusion including in fragile environments and promoting locally led development.

Purpose of the Role

The Content & Creative Studio Project Manager provides project management for a fast-paced creative and content group that supports the IRC’s External Relations Functions.
This position leads small-to-medium-sized creative projects, with a primary focus on emergency and content projects. The Project Manager helps coordinate emergency appeals and works across matrixed teams of channel leads and creatives to drive the production delivery of assets and communications. As a key project lead, this role proactively identifies issues and removes roadblocks, and looks for ways to streamline and improve our production processes.
The position reports to the Director of the Content & Creative Studio Planning and Operations, and works closely with colleagues across Fundraising and Communications teams, and regularly interacts with IRC staff across the organization.
Responsibility for Resources:
· Coordinate cross-team communications for Emergency Appeals
· Manage emergency after action reviews, Emergency Action Group channels, leadership/staff announcements on new appeal scoring
· Coordinate and manage information and content gathering to support fundraising & partnership opportunities
· Support on management of influx on creative assets needs for emergency appeals
· Maintain & Update IRC’s current emergency protocol and policies and optimized where possible
· Support ongoing trainings for key stakeholders to train on IRC’s existing emergency fundraising processes and tools

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Emergency Appeal Project Management (25%):
· Serve as focal point for content and creative project management for key emergency appeals.
· Support coordination of strong and streamlined emergency response capabilities to drive revenue, profile, and influence. Support the Fundraising, Communications, and Advocacy teams in delivering high-impact emergency appeals.
· Build, update, and maintain clear processes & efficient ways of leading emergency appeals across External Relations.
· Support emergency appeal trainings and ad hoc Emergency Action Group onboardings, and help to update and maintain emergency appeal processes and emergency appeals toolkit
Content Project Management (65%):
· Lead the management of content project requests from partners across External Relations and beyond, including Communications, Fundraising, Advocacy, Direct Mail, US Programs, President’s Office, and Ethics & Compliance
· Ensure all requests accurately go through the existing production workflow, are properly scheduled and relevant partners are engaged proactively
· Lead and organize content needs for key stakeholders

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will be responsible for developing a staff training programme for all countries and delivering both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.
The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner.
