Our members are core to IOSH’s existence and we need to adapt to their evolving needs. We must develop services that tackle the challenges our members face, empowering them to achieve their aspirations and enabling them to continue to deliver real value to their organisations. The new Member Engagement Manager will be crucial to this and you’ll help to position IOSH as a career partner of choice by recognising the diverse needs of our members and providing them with differentiated solutions and support to assist them with their personal and professional development needs at every step of their membership and career journeys.
