Helpline Team Leader (Mental Health) 

Birmingham 

£26,147 per annum

Our client is recruiting for the following exciting and rewarding positions: 

  • Helpline Team Leader (Full Time) 

 

The Helpline provides advice, information and signposting to people experiencing mental health difficulties, their families, professionals and the wider public. 

 

They are looking for people who can work under pressure, remain calm and have excellent communication skills. As team leader to the helpline, you will provide support to a team of helpline workers and volunteers alongside taking calls. 

 

These positions are office based at the Erdington location. The Helpline operates between the hours of 9am to 11pm, seven days a week and 365 days a year. Employees work on a rota basis, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

 

Shifts are 9am to 5pm and 3pm to 11pm. This is an on-site role, and no hybrid working is available.
