Advocacy and Support Officer


Salary £22,462

35 hours per week

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Auto Enrolment Contributory Pension


The advocacy and support team support and empower people to resolve issues ongoing in their lives. This is done by supporting people to make decisions and be aware of their rights, while ensuring every person is involved in their care and support planning.

We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team.


You will bring your passion and skills to support people, and their families, experiencing issues such as mental and physical health, substance misuse, homelessness, domestic abuse,

dementia and bereavement. This will be done mainly on an outreach basis across

Manchester supporting people in their own homes, care homes, hospital and where they are resettled to their home with a hospital discharge plan.
