UKCF are the membership organisation for 47 UK community foundations; the only national network of charitable funders with a physical presence in every part of the UK and the UK’s 4th largest funder.
We are currently using a shared legacy system built with Salesforce Classic though will be implementing and supporting 38 individual Salesforce instances from June 2024 for each Community Foundation. The NI is looking for its next Events Officer to oversee the setting up and online booking of a range of events – mainly conferences and dinners – as well as overseeing the subscriptions to its Journal. The role is a busy one and the person recruited with require good experience with events booking CRMs as well as working with volunteers and other team members in a small team.
Responsibilities
Main duties include:
Manage all event bookings administration, including:
o Set up of online booking for events through CRM
o Set up and maintain webpages for each event through CMS adding sponsor logos and additional information as required.
o Ensuring invoices for events are issued and paid, updating any on CRM that were issued manually including sponsorship events
o Ensuring relevant communications such as joining instructions are circulated to attendees
o Issue sponsorship contracts, invoices and monitor payments of same
o Providing support for delivery of events including producing delegate lists, dietary requirements etc
o Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure all events run smoothly.
Manage the admin and event email inboxes, answering all queries in a timely and professional fashion; forwarding queries to colleagues as appropriate where outside your area of expertise.

About the Team
Amongst other key systems, the ALM team supports two critical CRM solutions which underpin our engagement with both our clients and supporters. We’re also part of the Business Enablement team within Shelter’s Technology & Data (T&D) Department. T&D consists of 30+ people based across the country, with bases in London, Sheffield and Edinburgh and is accountable for developing and leading Shelter’s technology and data strategic priorities and providing a secure infrastructure. The management of data and insight to underpin strategic outcomes, delivery of technology change projects, data governance and provision of support for a range of software, systems and platform tools also fall under T&D’s remit.
About the role
Working as part of a team with a diverse portfolio of skills, as a Dynamics Support Analyst you’ll have plenty of opportunity to deepen your knowledge of our CRM systems, as well as expand into other areas. You’ll be the first point of contact for users seeking assistant with our CRM systems to ensure that they have a seamless experience with troubleshooting, problem resolution and system guidance.
As part of the role, you will also be monitoring and managing the support ticketing system (Zoho ManageEngine), to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries, at times co-ordinating with other teams and taking ownership to deliver a positive outcome for users. About you

The Service Desk is embarking on an exciting time as we look to create lots of new processes, procedures and working practices. The Service Desk will become the Single Point of Contact for all IT related incidents and requests.
As Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of a small and dedicated team triaging, logging, assigning, and resolving Incidents and Requests for our Charity staff and volunteers in both of our business and retail areas. Part of our Strategy Enablement Directorate, the Data & Insight Team delivers high quality data and database management, administrative services and business insight to the department and other teams across Shelter. Custodians of supporter data for its full life cycle, running through everything we do is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and embedding a culture of standards, both in terms of compliance and best practice across the department. About the role
This is an exciting role within our Data and Insight team. Our Insight Analysts play a key role in defending the right to a safe home, working with complex data and turn it into meaningful insight, trend analysis and forecasting while ensuring our data is fit for purpose. You’ll be using reporting and analytic tools such as Google Analytics to present insight in a range of formats and you’ll be responsible for improving our data collection and use of data to understand the impact of our work.

You’ll be a super-user of Google Analytics, and a confident user of Excel, with some experience of business intelligence tools e.g Power BI.
Strong analytic skills are a must, as is the ability to solve problems and prioritise your own workload. You’ll have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage and develop both immediate and long-term reporting. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and can confidently explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, as well as being a fast learner who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly. What’s more, you’ll be experienced in blending and interrogating multiple sources of data to achieve actionable insight for different audiences, customers and markets.

Scope are looking for a personable Online Community Coordinator to join our Online Community Team.
You will work on our online community and help make it a safe and supportive place where disabled people can make friends and talk about what is important to them.
Permanent, part time, 28 hours a week (some evenings and weekends required).
The hours for this role will be worked according to a rolling shift pattern between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Location: Scope's office bases are London office (Here East, E15 2GW) or Scope's Leeds office (LS1 5SH) but the role will involve working remotely for most of the time.
Please note: The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
The role
You will work within a team to moderate, create and coordinate content, information, newsletters and manage volunteers.
You will form a key part of the wider online community team by:
- Moderating discussions
- Welcoming, engaging and supporting members
- Signposting members to useful resources
- Sourcing and creating new conversations and content
- Recruiting, training, managing and supporting volunteers
- Escalating safeguarding concerns
After your training period, you will be able to work confidently and independently on our online community in all aspects of the role.

Rape Crisis England & Wales works in partnership with three of our member centres to deliver the 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line. We lead on the digital infrastructure of the service, including the management of a Cloud Contact Centre and various internal systems used by Support Line operators and managers. The focus of this role is to manage and continually improve these digital products, working across the partnership to ensure that products meet the needs of the people that use them.
