Are you the right Database and Insight Manager to lead the data team at JDRF?
For the right person, this is an opportunity to help shape and transform how our charity uses data to achieve our mission - to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes for the 400,000 people in the UK currently living with the condition.
This is an exciting time for JDRF as we undertake a Digital Transformation project. As part of that project, we have recently engaged a consultancy and developed a Data Strategy and roadmap to improve how we use data across the organisation. You’ll join us at the start of our journey, as we launch the implementation of this strategy and roadmap.
This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Data Strategy, alongside the Head of Individual Giving and the wider Digital Transformation Programme delivery team.
You’ll be working alongside colleagues across all teams, external suppliers, project managers and consultants, to help deliver this project as we enter an initial period of Discovery and Development. In the coming 12 months, the Data Strategy includes developing and implementing a new Data Governance Framework, and scoping and implementing new CRM and Digital engagement solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our organisation’s culture and approach to data, to deliver excellent supporter experiences and grow our fundraised income.
Alongside this project, you will be responsible for managing the Data team to deliver our business-as-usual tasks with support from the Database Administrator.
You’ll join a small, collaborative and highly motivated team of people. We’re looking for a colleague who is proactive, flexible, and an expert is their field, to support us in delivering our vision.
The role will suit someone looking to use their skills and experience to help bring about positive change to our organisation and make a real difference to the future of our work.
You will find a vibrant atmosphere and spirited team at JDRF, always striving to make a difference to people living with type 1.
