As the Fundraising Development Manager you will lead a team of two across our community fundraising team in the North.
You will develop and deliver a multi-year strategy and play a key role in contributing to the development of national regional fundraising, identifying and developing new initiatives for the region and oversee the portfolio of events.
You’ll provide excellent stewardship to supporters and have a hands-on role in delivering and implementing a fundraising strategy and will lead the team to deliver a budget of £315,000.
You will need to be excellent at building successful relationships, highly organised and communicate with staff at all levels. You will have experience of community fundraising and delivered to and exceeded targets. You’ll have created and delivered to a fundraising strategy, line managed a team and organised events.
