Independent Living Registered Manager

(Housing with Care for Older People - Responsible for the delivery of regulated care services & housing management)

What you'll be doing

We are pleased to offer a rare opportunity for an outstanding candidate to join our Regulated Services Team as the Independent Living Registered Manager for our newly opened housing with care community in Hendon, North West London. The service comprises 32 units of market rent and affordable housing apartments for older people. You will manage a team of care and support staff delivering regulated services, as well as an Administrator, Housing Officer and Activity Co-ordinator. Delivering high quality housing with care services to older members of the Jewish Community, you will be joining an established committed team who are passionate about the high quality care and support they deliver.

What you'll need

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager with a proven track record of managing CQC registered care services. Substantial experience of managing housing with care for older people is also essential. You will have a passion for improving the lives for our customers, shaping services that help maintain their independence and keep them connected to the Jewish community. You will possess excellent leadership, management and communication skills and you will also be resilient, able to work under pressure and thrive on the day to day challenges of managing a diverse team.

Applicants should hold recognised qualifications in Health & Social Care and Leadership & Management to apply for this role.
