JCORE – The Jewish Council for Racial Equality has provided a leading Jewish voice on race and asylum in the UK for more than forty-five years.
We are currently recruiting for two project coordinators to run an expansion of our successful befriending scheme for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and young people (JUMP);
We are looking for a self-starter, who can run this valuable project independently. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, including working with our partner organisations, supporting volunteer befrienders, setting-up and sustaining pairs, helping with their training, helping to write reports to funders and ensuring compliance with protection procedures. You will receive regular supervision from a registered social work manager.
