Join The Gurkha Welfare Trust as a volunteer in Salisbury. In this volunteer or work-placement role, you will work across the teams within our Fundraising & Communications department to document all manual IT processes. This position is based in Salisbury and offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact.
Main Responsibilities:
- To log all manual processes within the Fundraising and Communications team.
- To detail all the processes and how they are currently working and the manhours being spent.
You will have an opportunity to discuss your findings with the Head of Fundraising & Communications and the Database Manager to look at automated solutions or improvements.
Candidate requirements:
Essential
- Understanding of Business IT systems and processes
- Understanding of interfaces between platforms
- High level Excel skills
- Good communication skills
Desirable
- Charity CRM experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
