The John Muir Trust is embarking upon exciting organisational change and growth and are evolving at pace. They seek a talented Head of Income Generation to support their bold and ambitious plans as part of their corporate strategy 2022 – 2027. Part of the Executive team, the role will focus on leading the income planning process through the development of new and existing funding streams, overseeing the grant and trust income programme, leading the individual giving development plan and providing visionary leadership of a talented fundraising team.

You will play a key role in organisational strategic planning and development and lead on the income and expenditure budget planning and management process. You’ll also have the ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking in fundraising environments and be able to develop and deliver new successful income generating initiatives.
