HR Business Partner
Location: 55 New King Street, Bath, BA1 2BN (may involve some travelling around South West)
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £40,000.00 per annum + benefits

We are looking for a dynamic, CIPD qualified, HR Business Partner with proven change management and employee relations experience who can successfully partner the business to improve organisation performance.
You will provide excellent strategic HR advice and guidance on the full range of people issues including recruitment and on-boarding, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues and HR information systems.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will work as part of the wider senior management team, leading on the development and implementation of our People Strategy, and projects within this including reward, retention, policies, diversity and staff well-being.
Confident and credible, you’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, often on multiple projects at the same time. With excellent communication skills, acting as a coach to all levels of management, you will play a key role in embedding best practice in people management and shaping the culture of the organisation. Excellent problem solving and influencing skills are also key requirements for this role.
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a small team comprised of an HR Assistant, Volunteer Coordinator and Head Office Receptionist.
Above all, you will share our passion for making a difference to the lives of the most marginalised.
Upon the end of the pandemic restriction period, the successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Bath and occasionally required to travel to other offices and services.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to consider reduced hours for the right candidate.
The salary for this role is £40,000 pa.
