About Just Fair
Established in 2011, Just Fair exists to realise a fairer and more just society in the UK by monitoring and advocating for the protection of economic and social rights (ESR) including the rights to health, education, social security, work and an adequate standard of living (housing, food and water).
We are a small and hardworking team dedicated to increasing public awareness of human rights law and the capability to use it. We are also committed to the advancement of high-quality research, thinking, training and practice to ensure that ESR are respected, protected and fulfilled.
About the role
This is a new role, leading on administrative and logistical support for Just Fair. You will develop and maintain effective policies and workflows, ensuring efficient financial processing, data protection and compliance.
We are looking for a person with strong IT skills, who can manage a diverse workload with impressive time-management and prioritisation expertise. You will oversee Just Fair’s external payroll and operational contracts and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all activities.
You will provide 10 hours per week of administrative support to Just Fair, and enjoy working remotely within a small team.
