About Just Fair
Established in 2011, Just Fair exists to realise a fairer and more just society in the UK by monitoring and advocating for the protection of economic and social rights (ESR) including the rights to health, education, social security, work and an adequate standard of living (housing, food and water).
We are a small and hardworking team dedicated to increasing public awareness of human rights law and the capability to use it. We are also committed to the advancement of high-quality research, thinking, training and practice to ensure that ESR are respected, protected and fulfilled.
About the role
This is a new role, aimed at increasing the organisation’s ability to effectively communicate to external audiences, and raise our profile as the only specialist ESR non-profit organisation in the UK.
We are looking for a person committed to social justice and human rights, that will thrive in this challenging new role, developing and implementing an organisation wide communications strategy to support Just Fair’s campaigns and overarching objectives.
You will bring experience of delivering structured campaigns across social media and have expertise in evaluating and reporting on communications impact. An exceptional writer, you will be able to deliver high quality copy at pace and effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Reporting to Just Fair’s Director, you will be supported by our small team, but must be confident working independently and remotely.
