Job Description

JUSTICE is expanding its Development team, to include a fundraising officer focusing on raising funds from Trusts and Foundations and institutional donors. This provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced trusts fundraiser. The successful candidate will be appointed to a part-time post (2 days per week) on a permanent basis, based at our London office.

We will soon embark on developing a four-year strategic plan and continue to focus on fundraising and growing our income on an annual basis. We recently hired a Director of Development who leads on developing and rolling out JUSTICE’s fundraising strategy across all income streams. Whilst we have benefitted from the support of a limited number of trusts, foundations and institutional donors over the years, this has been identified as an area for renewed effort. To this end, we have decided to recruit a fundraiser with a primary focus on trusts and foundations and institutional donors and will lead on proposal and donor report writing across all income streams.

We would like to recruit a bright, motivated person who is passionate about justice and how we can make our legal processes accessible to all. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.  With excellent interpersonal skills, they will be able to work closely with JUSTICE members, which include senior figures in the legal profession.

The deadline for applications is 8am on Tuesday 3 May. Interviews will be held on Wednesday 11 May. Candidates will be required to complete a test as part of the interview process.

JUSTICE is an equal opportunities employer.

Please note that we will not respond to any enquiries from recruitment agencies.

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
