The work begun in 2008 in East Manchester which continues today, along with a project in Brighton and a Research & Policy team focussed nationally.
- Job Summary – Finance Manager
Justlife has an average annual turnover of about £900,000 per annum. We are looking for a self-starting proactive individual who is willing to be hands-on and fully committed to the role, and preferably, but not essentially, from a charity or non-profit organisational background.
The role of Finance Manager will handle all aspects of our finance and financial management from book keeping to management accounts including using the Quickbooks accounts package, and working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to help advise and direct regarding financial decisions and planning. The role will also work closely with other stakeholders including the Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers and external organisations.
The successful candidate will have practical experience of accountancy and financial management, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector. They will be an adaptable, team player with excellent communication skills.
