Job description

Kent Wildlife Trust is seeking a Membership Marketing Manager to help build, maintain and develop our existing membership base at a time of significant interest in conservation.  You will be tasked to capitalise on this interest through a number of channels, both in managing a team of face to face recruiters but also exploiting the digital world to build and engage new audiences in our exciting vision of a Wilder Kent.

This is a varied role with considerable scope for autonomy and creativity. The role will be supported by the Fundraising, Marketing and Communications department with the aim of taking our new and existing membership to the next level.

The ideal applicant will have experience of sales and marketing, ideally within a membership organisation, but critically will be able to achieve measurable success. 

You will be skilled in project management and budget setting, and be able to take best advantage of each and every opportunity to promote membership of Kent Wildlife Trust.
