Shepherd's Bush, Greater London
£30,000 - £35,000 per year
Permanent, Contract, Full-time
Job description

If you want autonomy, to be part of a culture of success within a small but growing charity,  the chance to shape a new fundraising role focussed on major gifts, and flexibility with your working week, this could be the role for you.

Key4Life is a small but rapidly growing charity, that is proud of the difference we make. Our mission is to reduce youth reoffending through the delivery of an innovative rehabilitation programme to those in prison and those at risk of going to prison. Our programmes work - 86% of those who have been through Key4Life's prison and preventative programmes stay out of prison, compared to the national average of only 36%.

We can prove the impact we have, and are at a key turning point now in our history. We already have networks of interested companies, and have high-net-worth individuals who are keen to find out more. We’re looking for someone with drive, who can take the initiative, develop funding from trusts, companies and high-net-worth individuals, and move Key4Life onto its next stage.

You’ll be supported but get autonomy in this role. We offer competitive holiday, and a flexible approach to work, whether that’s part-time hours or working from home, which we’re interested in discussing with candidates.
