This is in an exciting role helping develop the Facilities Management of a growing Charity. With an established network of contractors the Facilities Officer will play an important role in responding to tenants’ maintenance requests and taking a proactive approach to planning a schedule of property maintenance. Working with the Head of Operations and Accommodation Manager the Facilities Officer will also help assess future properties (Including HHSRS assessments, training given) and plan further maintenance as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a property related discipline/trade and can complete painting, decorating and DIY tasks. However, many of the tasks can be completed by contractors so an ability to network, manage relationships and take a proactive approach to planned maintenance will be important
