Support Team Leader – Refugee & Migrant Services – Full time (40 hours per week).
The Support Team Leader oversees our team of support workers as they serve refugees and migrants by delivering a number of services, including:
- Providing vulnerable migrants with high quality information and advice,
- Providing holistic integration support to refugee families resettled by the UNHCR,
- Providing supported accommodation for refused asylum seekers.
Due to COVID-19, our services are currently mostly being delivered remotely by video calling, with a phased return when this is deemed to be safe and necessary.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the issues facing refugees & vulnerable migrants, have experience of managing a team in a casework environment, have excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal skills and be someone who champions best practice.
