King’s Global Engagement
The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £27,994 - £31,053 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.
This post will be permanent.
This is a full-time role.
The Administrator is an active role that fulfils a crucial function in ensuring effective service delivery of the Global Engagement office. This is the central office for initiating, developing and maintaining key international education and research partnerships.
In addition to administrative and logistical arrangement responsibilities, the post holder will also be responsible for data collection and maintenance, supporting senior-level visits and events, and liaising with King's internal and external stakeholders for the delivery of international partnerships and projects.
Working as part of a small and close-knit team, the post holder will also have a key role in coordinating the Global Engagement websites, and in communications and collaborations across King's Faculties and other Professional Services teams.
