Job description

Kingston Eco-op is a project of Kingston Voluntary Action. The project recently celebrated 10 years of supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs -The project  offers a range of support, including pathways into education and other community activities, helping our clients to develop new skills, increase confidence and develop independence

We are looking for an Operations Manager whose purpose will be:

1. To lead, plan and develop services to provide a range of meaningful activities to meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities.

2. To schedule and manage allocated staff and volunteers.

3. To manage allocated budgets.

4. To manage safeguarding and health & safety responsibilities related Eco-op and its clients and staff

An approved enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
