Introduction to Kintsugi Hope

Kintsugi Hope is a charity launched 24 February 2018, set up with the vision for A world where mental and emotional wellbeing is understood and accepted, with safe and supportive communities for everyone to grow and flourish.  

Kintsugi Hope currently operates out of an office in Boreham, Essex, but it’s reach is across the whole of the UK and potentially further afield.  

Job Brief

We’re looking for an exceptionally proactive and organised person with great customer service skills, and the ability to work seamlessly between all three of the Kintsugi Hope support functions; Finance, Fundraising and Communications, as well as overseeing the smooth running of the Kintsugi Hope office. 

Kintsugi Hope are looking for someone who will not only put in the effort required but is also passionate about our vision of Kintsugi Hope.  We are a relatively new organisation, and this role will grow and develop as time goes on.

A flexible and positive attitude is therefore necessary. There’s lots to do, but we’re a great team, and we’re keen to ensure everyone’s positive wellbeing and good teamwork is promoted.  Everything we do is driven by our vision and our values of relationship, generosity, and kindness, and we look to demonstrate these as individuals and as an organisation at every opportunity.

Responsible to:  Support Function Heads and CEO

Place of Work: Boreham, Essex

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 depending upon experience

Contract: Fixed Term (1 Year) Full time with the possibility of extension (37.5 hours a week) Office Based
