Job description

We are looking for an inspirational, strategic and creative leader with a strong track record of transforming and project managing to a senior level. Ensuring value for money as well as charitable impact is important to us, and you will share this ethos. You will be managing established and diverse teams including day centre and social enterprise managers.

Now is an exciting time at Kisharon, as we seek to develop our dynamic offering and ensure we are sustainable for the future.

Kisharon is an award-winning learning disability organisation. Through our education, employment and social opportunities, along with our innovative social enterprises, we are passionate about supporting each person to progress, enjoy life and have a valued role in the community.

Kisharon takes great pride in our multicultural workforce and encourages applicants from all backgrounds.

The closing date for applications is 23rd February 2020.

Kisharon expects all staff to share our commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. An Enhanced DBS criminal check will be required.
