The purpose of the Peer Support Service Manager role is to provide a coordinated approach to the management, review, and development of peer support services across the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark. The postholder will be responsible for developing and maintaining proactive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and between Lambeth and Southwark Mind, its stakeholders, management, peer support facilitators and service users. The Peer Support Service Manager will bring expertise and experience in peer-to-peer mental health service management and delivery.
