Job description

Job Title: Wellbeing Coach

Hours: 35 hours per week, 12-month fixed term contract

Salary: £23,080 to £25,481

Responsible to: Mental Health Lead

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking, and caring individual to work as a Wellbeing Coach on a new project supporting people aged 16-35 in Blackburn with Darwen.

You will have previous experience of supporting people with a mental health condition, and ideally have some experience of using coaching techniques such as guided self-help, psychoeducation and thought challenging.

You will have excellent communication skills and experience of working in partnership with other stakeholders to deliver projects. To excel in the role, you will be able to motivate, inspire and engage a wide range of people and be proactive in your approach.
