Job description

Latch is looking for an experienced fundraiser who is passionate about our work to help us to secure financial and in-kind support from a variety of funders including corporate partners, charitable trusts, trade bodies and small and medium-sized enterprises. This is a new role at Latch and an exciting opportunity to help us to continue to grow and provide innovative and high quality services to our tenants.

Latch is a unique charitable organisation that purchases and refurbishes derelict and run-down houses in Leeds. When they’re fully modernised and furnished, our properties provide supported housing for people who are homeless or in housing need and are ready to make a positive change in their lives. We also provide training opportunities for long-term unemployed people to gain experience and skills on our property refurbishment projects.

Temporary for 6 months, extension possible subject to funding.
