Latin Link is looking for a Finance Administrator, to join our friendly team in Reading and support the day to day finance functions of our Christian charity. Responsibilities include looking after the company bank accounts, being responsible for the accounts payable duties, dealing with payroll and Voluntary NI Contributions.
- AAT level 1 accounting qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in a similar finance role
- Intermediate to expert Excel user
- Well organised, able to effectively prioritise to meet deadlines
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to deal with a wide range of contacts
- Good inter-personal skills
- AAT level 2 accounting qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Payroll experience
- Experience working for a charity or mission agency
- Previous knowledge or experience of the work of Latin Link would be an advantage
