Head of Marketing and Fundraising
Full time (37 hours) or significant part time to suit appointed candidate
25 days’ rising to 30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (FTE)
7% employer pension contribution
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our successful Marketing and Fundraising team and complete the Senior Management Team. Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation at a time of change. Coming into this role you will bring new and innovative ideas and work alongside trustees, staff and stakeholders to move the charity forward to achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong fundraising background, previous experience in the charity sector and a track record of achieving financial targets. Additional experience in marketing and communications will give you a distinct advantage, and knowledge of the Reading area and local businesses is also desirable.
