Leap Confronting Conflict is looking for a Data Officer to manage the collection and storage of data across the organisation. This role is essential to the success of the organisation, through creating and maintaining databases across our delivery data and organisational contacts. The role will be key in maximising efficiency and ensuring accuracy of our data, supporting our assessment of impact and cross organisational working. The role may be involved in system change projects that work to improve our efficiency as an organisation.
Leap has recently invested in a Salesforce redevelopment project and this will be an opportunity to continue the work in this area and ensure that Salesforce is fit for purpose.
This is a permanent part time role of 28 hours per week and will be managed by Leap’s Impact Manager. It will interact with staff, trainers and trustees as well as with external evaluators and funders as is relevant to the collecting and sharing of data on Leap’s work and impact.
