We are offering a unique opportunity to join our dynamic and ambitious senior management team in the role of Director of Finance and Resources.
This role will be integral to our ability to build upon our financial growth but also in ensuring good governance and the continued development of a well-led and supported organisation and culture in turn supporting our staff in achieving our aspirations.
You will be accountable for all financial and resource aspects of Leap’s operations from financial planning and management (including risk, forecasting, reporting and control) through to the oversight of HR and organisational development, IT and establishment management including contracts and policy, currently across two office sites (North London and South London).
Contributory pension available subject to employee contribution to begin upon employment with up to a maximum employer contribution of 8%

25 days leave, rising to 26 days after 2 years and an 1 additional day ever year to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays
