The Congregational Federation is a voluntary association of independent local churches across England, Scotland and Wales and vacancy is for our Nottingham office.
This is an opportunity to join our Christian charitable organization, whilst working in a varied and interesting environment.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Christian who will have the responsibility for ensuring that the Learning & Development needs of Congregational Federation (CF) churches, and their members, are met to a high standard and in line with the ethos of Congregationalism.
You will manage the Congregational Institute for Practical Theology and work as part of a team of staff and volunteers of the Congregational Federation to advance its work and aims.
Ideally you will have a proven track record in successful people management, significant experience in delivery of theological education and evidence of strong self-motivation supported by highly effective communication, negotiation and data management skills.
There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post holder is a Christian.
