Leeds Mind promotes positive mental health and wellbeing and provides help and support to those who need it. We have growing portfolio of services and intervention, both focused on prevention and recovery. These currently include counselling, social support, peer support, social prescribing, employment support, suicide bereavement support and 1-2-1, group work, training and consultancy.
We are looking for an Operations Manager with experience and understanding aligned to the interventions we offer to lead and support with the development of a new Operational Management team, develop work streams and work collaboratively on service planning, quality and innovation.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Ability to work flexibly as needed and attend some evening and occasional weekend meetings/events)
Salary scale: NJC Scale PO3 points 32 to 35
Salary: £34,788 to £37,849
Base: Clarence House, Horsforth, Leeds plus work across other Leeds Mind premises
Contract length: Permanent
