Lewis-Manning Hospice is already well known locally as a centre offering excellent palliative care to local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses and their carers, and we have recently opened our brand-new state of the art in-patient unit for end of life care, for patients in the East of Dorset. We passionately believe in treating every person and every day as special, ensuring that each individual person knows they matter.
The Hospice is now embarking on an exciting new fundraising strategy and we are seeking an accomplished, inspiring and dynamic fundraiser to join our team at this exciting time. This pro-active role will manage all aspects of individual giving relationships for the hospice, including recruiting, retaining and developing Legacy Pledgers, Individual Givers, In Memory Givers, Lottery Players and Middle Givers.
This exciting role will also be responsible for developing our digital communications through Facebook, Twitter and other forms of social media.
You’ll need to have experience in successful fundraising from individuals and be an expert in supporter care. Having excellent knowledge of Individual Giving and Legacies campaign development, implementation and delivery is a must. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and a supportive team that is committed to the highest levels of personal and team performance.
If you would like more information on the role or about Lewis-Manning Hospice, please feel free to give the hospice a call and ask for Andy or William to have an informal chat.
We look forward to hearing from you!
